FUZZI BUNZ GIVEAWAY!!

whoo hoo. fuzzi bunz. i LOVE them. when i first started cloth diapering a friend of mine told me she cloth diapered and had some fuzzi bunz. so i snapped them up and LOVE them. first off i love the fun colors they all come in!! my kids rarely wear white diapers because i'm addicted to the fun colors and patterns!! i also love how soft the fleece is in the inside! and how clean the fleece gets after washing a poo filled diaper. AND how the poo literally peels off the fleece to plop in the toilet. so nice!!

fuzzi bunz are considered 'pocket diapers'. as the parent has control on how much absorbancy to stuff it with. they come with one microfiber insert. i usually use a microfiber insert and then add in a hemp insert to add to the absorbancy. for my three in diapers that 'trick' works the best. fuzzi bunz are the diapers that i use overnight. with only two inserts. i rarely have leaks. and if i do it's because they've slept longer than normal and are in the diapers for 12 hours.

i got to pick out a diaper to 'review' i picked out the tourqourise color in size medium because dustin and caitlyn are both in that size and one more never hurts!! the color is so pretty and can be used for boy or girl. so when caitlyn moves up to large, dustin won't be stuck wearing all purple or pink diapers....although he has been known to wear a LIGHT pink one to bed. :0) with shaun's knowledge even. lol.

when i contacted fuzzi bunz about the diaper i also asked if i could review the wipes and nursing pads....my theory...the worst they'd tell me is no. well they said yes! so i got a pack of wipes.

and a pack of six washable nursing pads.

we've already been using cloth wipes. fuzzi bunz cloth wipes are just as soft as the diapers fleece. they wash up very nicely and stay soft for the long haul. i also love the cute patterns. i know i know. i'm wiping a butt. i can't resist cute patterns and colors! i have a couple of white wipes...the rest are all patterned or colored!! the wipes are also a great size to handle poopy diapers. i usually only need one. my husband...two...which is quite the feat, when we used disposable wipes i cut him off at like FIVE! i conserve the wipes, trying to fold as much and use as much as possible. i think my husband has the fear of poo touching his finger or something!! lol. so yes. i love the fuzzi bunz wipes as well!!

i've never used washable nursing pads. i've only used disposable. so i was super stoked to try these! and they are so soft!! just like the fleece of the diapers and wipes. i know now i'm not going back to disposable. that saves me EIGHT BUCKS A MONTH!! whoo hoo. i was worried about the pads staying in place all day, my disposables had sticky stuff on them. but the pads worked wonderfully and stayed in place great. they also wash up nicely and stay soft! so overall...i'm not going back. :0)
