we're leaving today for my parent's camper up north. so i wanted to let you all know that i most likely will not be back til monday.

and i wanted to tell all you mommies out there...happy mother's day. and i think being a mommy doesn't mean havng a physical child here on earth. being a mommy stands for all those babies that are waiting for us in heaven. and for all those babies in our dreams. being a mommy is so much more than giving birth. being a mommy means loving those babies unconditionally and forever. being a mommy beings just that...being a mommy. kissing boo-boos. rocking and cuddling and reading. laughing. crying. and staring. staring is my favorite. i don't think my kids will ever get too big for me to just stare at them while they sleep. every night before i go to bed i stand in the girls' room and just stare at them. and as i crawl into the fuzzy blankets of my own bed i stare at dustin in the bassinet next to me. i am blessed. no doubt.
