another diaper giveaway!?!? applecheeks.

hey. here is one post of two for diaper giveaways. woot woot.




last week i got an applecheeks diaper in the mail. i also got with it a hemp insert and booster along with a bamboo hemp insert and booster. i was so stoked to try both kinds out.




guess what!?! i love the diaper. i really like the elastic on the front and back of the diaper. so nice and stretchy. and i LOVE the colors. we got a st. lucia. such a pretty blue. makes me want to go on vacation just staring at it. serious!!




they have loads of other fun colors too. the diaper is considered an 'envelope' diaper.

there's a nice detailed pic of it. the opening is nice and wide and you can put the inserts in very nicely. i like that you can fold up the insert and add the booster and be able to smooth it all out easily. i used the hemp and the bamboo. they both worked great. i had no leaks with the diaper at all.

they have two different sizes. i got a size two which is for 18-40 pounds. i used it on dustin and it fit him nicely. maybe a bit big, but he's only about 18ish pounds. but because him and caitlyn are in the same size of diapers i figured it made sense to get one they both can share. which sort of stinks, because then i have to get boyish or gender neutral colors all the time. sometimes i just want a pink diaper. lol. who would ever think i'd get so excited about diapers. something that gets peed and pooed in.

speaking of. well not really. but the diaper. is SO soft. and it stayed SO soft after washing. i loved that about the diaper. so cuddly. a diaper. is cuddly?! you can tell it's late and i'm tired. ;0)

so what to know. 1. the diaper makes me want to go on vacation. and 2. makes me want to cuddle. and 3. i love applecheeks diaper!

which brings me to more dilemas...buying more diapers. :0) i have a huge stash, but love adding to it. so when i save up some more fluffy money you can bet your baby's cloth diapered bum i'll be buying some of these beauties. yep. the diaper is a beauty. :0)

i also want to mention. i'm trying to 'de-stash' my huge stash. and i've sold a few of you some dipes already...thanks. :0) but i have 16 of the larger sized contours from kissaluv. let me know if any of you are interested. i want to offer them first to my friends, before selling them to a stranger on craigslist.

okay BACK to applecheeks. because that is what this is all about!! i LOVE the diapers. i don't have a preference over the hemp or bamboo. both worked SO nicely. and dustin is a heavy wetter. so no leaks was a biggie. and i'm sure you want one too don't you!?!?
