amelya's award night

amelya had her awana awards night last night. this was her first year as a cubbie. next year breigh will join her in cubbies. she always looks so 'serious'...and thanks to shaun for sewing on her patches. she got her last patch to finish up the letter C on her vest last night. she looks so big!

her class also sang a few songs. here's Jesus loves me...

i was so proud of her for singing, i didn't know if she would or not because she tends to be shy. she also said a verse in front of everyone, but i think they should've practiced with a microphone before hand. she said her verse but you couldn't hear her because of how she held the microphone. oh well.

and if you didn't see below, i posted the winner of the seventh generation giveaway. i also have another great giveaway to post...look for that tomorrow. ((i plan on 'pre-publishing' it for tomorrow.))

9 loving words from you.:

She did a great job singing! We are finishing up awanas next week at church. Both of my boys really like it, and I am alway so impressed at how well they learn and remember their verses! I'm very impressed that you got all her badges on....Grant's are in a ziplock bag somewhere:)
