a small little moment to brag. :0)

now generally i don't think i brag too much...but i was just so proud of my little amelya today i have to share it with all of you...(and if you missed the whole big dr's appt post...see below. ;0) )

tuesday morning is dance class morning. caitlyn goes first. and she did super good today! yay!! plus their song is super cute.

breigh and amelya are next. they do a really good job too. the downfall is most of the time i don't see them too much because caitlyn and dustin would much rather play in the little playroom. but it's okay, i sneak a peek when i can. :0)

i was blessed to have my mom with me today. she comes when she's on second shift. so as we were getting all the kiddos ready to go to the restaurant next door, miss kim, the girls' teacher comes in.

she came in to tell me what a great job amelya is doing in ballet. and how she pays attention to the little details that most preschoolers don't pick up or care about. and how amelya is trying to do them all. and how good she is. and how she'll work on some of those more technical things with her because she's trying to do them already. and how she's doing such a great job.

:0) i was beaming. mainly because i was so proud of amelya and also because it feels like the money we spend on the class is a bit more worth it then. lol. and because i guess it means amelya is enjoying it. i don't want to have them in dance if they're not having fun. or because I want them in dance. i put them in dance because amelya wanted to be a ballerina. and i figured i may as well follow suit with the other two...plus there's a family discount.

so i was just proud of my baby girl. who noticed on my sidebar before that she's going to be five soon. wow. five. five years. 60 months. INSANE!!

now i'm off back to picking up. i got our christmas/winter decorations up with amelya and now it's time to pick up the rest of the house for my wildtree open house on thursday. i'm excited because i've had a few of you lovely bloggy friends already order!! thanks. :0) and i'm excited because it means i'll have a clean house again. with being so tired i've slacked off a bit on the housekeeping department, but now it's even getting to ME. so i know i must take care of it. BUT i will give credit to my super great hubby who's been helping me with the dishes and such. he's a great hubby.

nuff stallin'...

10 loving words from you.:

It is always nice to hear that your kiddo is doing something well...a lot nicer than hearing about the not so good things they are doing:)Have fun cleaning...I need to be doing the same thing right now!

Great job Amelya! Your mommy is so proud of you! I would be too.

It is wonderful to hear good things from teachers, any kind of teacher, about our kids, huh?
